Global Sanctuary for Elephants provides expert care and vast, safe, natural spaces for captive elephants to call home, allowing them to heal – emotionally and physically – from the abuse and neglect they’ve suffered in circuses and zoos for decades. WATER FOR ELEPHANTS includes themes of domestic violence and we are proud to partner with NVRDC, a national non-profit helping victims of domestic violence, to provide resources to those in need, as well as ensuring this story is told with the right fidelity.
